i get migraines too. i just use my ipod to go into "fantasy land." pills dont help me at all. i hope u feel better. try these sites. hopefully they can help: http://painreliefnetwork.org, www.helpforheadaches.com, and there is a book that is about dealing with it( living well with migraine disease and headaches), www.healthcentral.com/migraine/c/r... and try these sites www.migraineawarenessgroup.com, www.holisticonline.com, www.webmd.com, hey you feel better. sorry you are suffering. i wish i could cure you but i am only human. i pray to god you feel better. i know u will be ok.

i have had a headache for the past month i have taken advil alleve tylonal my friend even gave me a vicoden and nothing has helped. when there is lights it makes it worsen, ive tried closing my eyes and sitting in a quiet room that dont help either it worsens then also. it starts in the back of my neck and spreads through out my whole head. i have been getting this kinda headache ever sence i was 12 years old and im 22 now. i go to sleep and wake up and its worse then when i went to bed. i dont want to go to a doctor i hate going, i know this isnt somethin to play around with but i thought i would ask everyone wat they think and if they can give me any advice
