You can have all the knowledge but if you have had ADHD all your life, and I rejected drugs, I would have done anything to keep from taking them, Until I watched my daughter suffering the way I did through school. I saw the same depression over taking her. No way to slow down, unable to even read. I found strength through her. We are both on adderall and doing great!! I didn't realize how long I'd been running in circles until 6 mths ago
