I am a mother of 3 and I am codependent with my oldest daughter (20 yrs old). I am at the point that I feel it is a hopeless situation and have been searching for a support group that I can turn to for help. Every year that passes by things get worse. I don't want to feel like this anymore.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- I am a mother of three and my oldest daughter 20 is an alcoholicsubstance abuser with mental health problems. I have been a codependent for years not even realizing it until just recently. I feel my situation is hopeless because I can not get past this. I know that I need to detach but honestly dont know how. Things have been escalating lately and I dont want to feel the way I feel everyday of my life anymore. It is affecting the way I should be letting my other children grow.
