Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I am quitting smoking after 40 years. I am only 55 and had a stent put in a main heart artery 2 weeks ago. I want to quit & would like support.
Treatments
- Chantix Working / Worked
- I have 21 yrs of Sobriety and this is my last addiction. I smoke because I get lonely. After having heart problems (literally) I know it is time to quit! I am experiencing some sadness these past couple of days, I am only on Day 9 of Chantrix, and am down to 5 cig. a day. but am having a hard time decreasing more & quitting altogether.
