      Treatments

      Copaxone Somewhat Helpful
took for 4 years and suffered multiple attacks. it could have been helpful, but i think positive effects were acheived by positive thoughts and thepower of the human spirit...
      Physical Therapy Working / Worked
with MS, it is definitely easier to maneuver around with a fit body... as applies to everything, i guess... also, repetition helps with my balance issues...
      Prednisone Working / Worked
good to treat minor flare-ups in their beginning. also good for coming down off of high doses of solumedrol. insaity may or may not ensue...
      Provigil Working / Worked
definitely works to help fight fatigue, but has many negative effects for me: sweaty palms, racing mind, overheating, and its quite costly...
      Rebif Not Working
i did not like the sick feeling the following day. plus', i relapsed...
      Solumedrol Working / Worked
pretty aweful, though it ALWAYS helps with a debilitating attack. causes extreme mental despair and causes me to get "moon face" and gain weight.
      Swimming Working / Worked
part of PT. low impact and can be fun too.
      Tysabri Too Soon to Tell
ive taken 6 infusions as of 11/3/09. it has done nothing. in fact, i have gotten worse... i had SUPER high hopes for this one after hearing some of the wonder-stories from my neuro... looks to be another bummer...
      Marijuana Working / Worked
      helps for just about everything!
