About Me
I am a fun outgoing person that is active in church. I am a recovering addict of alcohol and cocaine and started experienceing anxiety about three years ago. I honestly thought I was going to die. No one couldn't convince me that it was over because what I felt was so real to me not being able to breath, the palputations and so on. I have learned a great deal how to manage these attacks and it is contribute to my spritual walk with my lord and savior Jesus Christ. Still fighting!

Treatments
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- This right here is my biggest weapon because if I am able to refocus my thoughts I am able to refocus the attack else wear So a man thinks so is he! I reley on scriptures from the bible to guide me its hard sometimes but possible
- Wellbutrin Somewhat Helpful
- My experience is one of good. I am thankful I am not stuck in the bed and unmobile. Now I am working on getting anxiety under control other then that I feel better than did a few weeks ago.
