Just diagnosed Mood
Thursday, November 5, 2009 | A Call For Help story
I had an attack of gout this morning and I couldn't stand up. After a couple of hours sleep it eased enough to go to hospital where my doctor started me on antiinflammataries. I am only 35, but at least four people in my family have it, including my uncle who is 70 and running marathons. I hope that I can control this without being on pills - any suggestions. I live in Japan and love seafood, so I may need to go onto more tofu....Anyway, any advice would be welcome.
