Journal Entry for November 5, 2009 Mood
Thursday, November 5, 2009 | A Frustrating story
So most of my orinal pain was on the right side of my chest, shoulder and back.  It seemed like things were getting a little less painful.  This morning I woke up and I couldn't breath my left chest and back hurt so bad. I am at alevel 9 for pain, and my doctor says to just take tylenol.  The oxy's barely work, why would tylenol?  I don't like my doctor and would love to find one who actually beleives that PE is painful and deserves narcotic pain meds.  Tylenol doesn't help at all.

ha you and me had the exact same experience! I have had severe pain for 2 and half weeks since i was released from the hospital. the oxycodone didn't touch it, so i asked to change and they offered tylenol too! 3 times a day! like i'm going to keep that down when i throw up all the time! Definitely switch doctors! mine today was SO helpful finally and gave me a fentanyl pain patch. You really have to just fire the doctors who aren't helpful and keep trying until you find one who is!
