Hi Wendylou, my name is Bill. I saw your post. What a horrible living situation to be stuck in. It must be real tough for your son. My son has Asperger's too.He's 13. I saw a staggering statistic several years ago that somewhere around 80% of couples with a child on the spectrum divorce. Hang in there the best you can. Drop me a note if you ever want to talk.

My mom died when I was 10, my dad remarried 11 months later to a woman who verbally abused me for my whole life. I didn't recognize it for years and now I am aware of it and still suffer from it. I am a very good mother though.
