I think the goal of no caffiene is also going to help me with my goal of losing 10 pounds. I've had a sort throat today (chronic condition) which made me wish I had chosen tomorrow! :) But, I didn't and it will definitely be hard.
I have "gone off" sodas many times over the last few years. I don't keep track of the time, but it is definitely easier each time and less "exciting" to get back on them. But my goal isn't about soda this time! It's about caffiene--which can be found in my favorite teas and many other places. So, it's caffiene free herbal mint tea. yum. and lemon herbal tea is good too.
I think the chocolate withdrawal is the worst. This is only my second day off chocolate.
I can do this!
