      Thanks for the message. It always is nice to know I have others out there. How have things been going for you? I have been in a bit of a downward spiral. :( Eat, work out, eat, work out...I feel like once I eat normal for a day or two I can get back to regular meals and not binging. Yet when I'm rebounding from a binge day I think I should eat but Im not hungry then I just keep eating and feel in more pain. I wonder fi someone said I'll give you 50 bucks if you eat regular meals and not binge if I could even do it? Now, i say Sure that's easy! But come tomorrow, or mid afternoon, I can see myself going, oh that is so silly anyways who cares. Does your ED talk to you too like this?
