I wish I had the answers for you. I am only 5 months into this painful journey myself and wondered if it will always be this incredibly hard. I also have other children that I love dearly but it does not make losing one any easier. Just try to find some peace in knowing that you are not alone in feeling the way you do, Your pain is shared among us.

Type: Loss of a ChildI am trying feel joyful. I loss my 21 year old twin son on 9/12/08 which is my deceased mother's birthday. I have 2 other children and a granddaughter that I need to be around for. How can I feel joyful when I am sad & crying all of the time even after 13 months?
