Where are you located if you dont mind me asking. I know a wonderful doc that will help. There was some pics he showed us preop tha tha had a woman with cracking skin,fingers and feet. In the end it was a B defficiency. She had "geographic tongue" which were spots on her tongue and some zinc defficiency that had patches of color on her skin. I KNOW he said that it took 2 months to get her back up, AND she waited so long, she suffered nerve damage. I would most deffinately get some blood work done ASAP. There is a B-12 shot thats available, and there arre B-12 packs you can get at the health food store too. Sounds like somethings off vitamin wise. A little cheat I do after a warm shower, is to lather up in baby oil and then just run the water over me. careful cause the tub gets slippery, but after a few days your skin is really soft. Might add some elasticity to your skin. Hope this helps, just sounded like that lady.
