  Remember to love yourself. Don't feel bad for the way you have reacted. I used to hate the way I would react after my spouse and I would fight. Then I realized that he would keep pushing and pushing until I reacted badly. Stay strong.

  hi how are you doing today, i am thinking of you, and it is good as you say that we are not alone, i have made some really great friends on here, who i can both support and be supported by,which is what it is all about.
  i know when i first came on site here at d s, i cried becouse suddenly i found others who were going through simmiler things, and i had not found anyone before this, even though i knew people were out there.
