I am seeking help in trying to lessen the dysfunction that has been present in my family for a long time. Looking for new ideas, helpful tips, etc.
Treatments
- Emotions Anonymous (EA) Somewhat Helpful
- Have made connections there that I value and get support from.
- Family Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Helpful at times, but never made the breakthrough I am looking for.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Still going to a therapist on a sporadic basis. I am going to increase my number of visits in the future.
