It is hard sometimes, I hurt so bad in my lower back. But you are correct the little ones don't understand when we are in pain. they just want to play and have fun. Thanks and I am hanging in there.

- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- Epidural Injection Somewhat Helpful
- two did nothing at all but one numbed the pain for a while
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Stretching Working / Worked
- TENS Not Working
- gave me even more spasms
