Id be lost with out it it relieves the spasms within an hour. No side effects

Mebeverine Working / Worked

I used this in the past, it worked for mild IBS, i'd recommend buscopan as you can take more when in pain

Ginger Working / Worked

Spoonful of ginger powder in hot water with some honey, helps with the wind and feeling sick. can drink it whenever.
