Close Hypothyroidism

I have been diagnosed with hypothroidism in June 2009 after symptoms of severe fatigue and chronic lip swelling. I have been on Synthyroid since June 2009. The sypmtoms disappeared for 4 months and they just came back a few weeks ago. I think stress and emotional up and downs affect me a lot. I am also very cold and heat sensitive. Since my TSH levels are normal my endocronoligst told me to see an allergy immunology doctor. Right now we are experimenting with some antihistamines. So far, nothing has worked. Both doctors told me some thyoid patients suffer from chronic urticaria and angiedema and there isn't much to do.
