I've been trying to get busy...moretime outdoors.. less time on this Computer...My Yahoo account goes completely bonkers at times.. have to rresign in change pass word...lots of crazy stuff...
Well I lost a couple more pounds... Yeeepiiii.... but that is short lived because my blood sugar is gettin too high... I don't eat suger or lots of sweets.. don't drink lots of pop...been workin so hard last few years trying to keep that down... chit now i gotta prick my finger and keep constant trac of my blood sugar.. ddepressin aint it... aweeee wats up Doc...?
If I was a horse they'd just shoot me ... jeeesh...

Well the growth on my adrinaline gland looks like it's some kind of fatty tissue.. so Doc say grey area it hasn't grown any so we just gonna keep check on it like round first of the Year... Jan...
they gonna work on gettin me a patch to raise my male thingy...(harmones...hehehe got ya)besides i can't spell that big word no way...it's the one that makes two males get in them pissin contests LOL... rite!!
Well my poor old bike is still hangin in there..it don't squeak ..help me ... no more... now it's more like...GET OFF... i carry a tool pouch around with me with enuff tools to rebuild a small V-8 engine hehehe.. spare tire... tube patches wish I had room for the air compressor in that basket ...
Well fellow told me his point of view about how I looked ridin my three wheely ...I was thinkin Humpback ridin a tricycle.. Nope he said ya look like a Elephant humpin a Volkswagon.. gee..dude.. ..I don't believe I'd of told that one... Really .... jeeesh....that's just messed up...

Hey Debb..glad to see someone still visits my journals...i haven't had a lot of sucess with Friends Connection lately... Freezes up before I can get a word in edge ways.... got lucky and commented on one subject... then this old computer stuck a fork in it cause it was done....

Hey there russ dont fret too much about the finger sticking I do it myself and I dont have diabetes.But my parents did and I have 2 sisters who have had it for years.I monitor my sugar to make sure iam within good guidelines,which I have done great for years.I also eat right and so when you lose more weight you can get off all that,and just monitor like to stay in check.
Wont comment on the male thing but wishing you good blessings with everything.Keep on working on dropping down to view your weight loss..and by the way CONGRATS on your two pound loss that wonderful.Iam proud of your efforts and your determined work.Its all up to you the ball is in your field so run with it my friend.
