Well about two weeks ago.. I was givin as a gift a three wheel bicycle...
I LOVE IT......
so I got an old bus route map and taped it to the wall.. I take a magic marker... well it aint magic.. but draws a nice blue line around the routes I've been takin on my three wheely...
I've coverered about a two mile radius of my appartment with this bike...
La Crosse has some Awesome bike trails thru the swamps.... I saw a mink.... a muskrat... bunch baby raskly little rabbits....i wear my hearin device and i can hear the birds chirpin... All them girls about the age of my grandkids they smile and say hi......them old farts they grin and say hi... some them kids... they point and laugh.....
Folks for the most part on the trails are very polite...
I feel kinda bad cause I take up a good portion of the trail with my pontaic butt... but hey I drop one wheel of the side and make room for the other bikes.. that go zoom zoom....
Gosh it's nice to have been Young Once...
too bad youth don't last about fifty years longer... maybe we'd grow up enuff to really take better care of ourselves and the world around us...
Now I'm just glad I don't have a long time left on this earth... It's gettin to weird for me.....
Folks just seem too into themselves to care about what the future for our children and grandchildren gonna hold... all the wars.. and starvation..the deases... and those elected officials don't really seem to give a rats behind if half the world dies tommorrow....Long as they get their paychecks...

So any who... I'm ridin my bike a lot.. more than I'm online... and well today I figured out why my Yahoo mail went out the window.. THEY WANT MONEY NOW.....
Yepp use to be free.. but now they want 20 bucks a year... whoppee doo...
me I'm gonna go to charter and find out why my mail I pay for don't work.. Yeppers....
So while ya wonder where ole Russ went..
I'm off bein chased by the critters long them trails I ride.. bee chase by some cars too lol.. hey.. dang ride that thing on the sidewalk...

See I'm even learnin to communicate with folks rite... (okay so I'm teasin)
but I really reily like ridin my bike.. and that's what I'm gonna be doin the most of long as this old butt will take it.. Who know maybe I'll loose this big hinny that's followin me around all the time.. ya know fake a left turn or someting rite..

Russ that is great news about your exercise and losing some weight.So you found it? The one way of exercising that you like well thats marvelous.It has to be something that you lik ethat keeps you going back.Plus determination and hey you are working on becoming a new man.
