What a ray of sunshine in a painful new year. Take your such good sense of humor. Keep the painful day down while the rest of your joy seems to come through. Take care with all the happiness of the New Year. Marg

Hi Russ, I've been diagnosed with Post Streptoccocal Reactive Arthritis even though I tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis. You can have a false positive for arthritis and still have it. My doc did what's called the Patrick's test and my Anti-streptolysine titre (ASO) was 640 (red flag). On top of that, I had Pernicious Anemia (low B12). I use a combo of therapies (Reflexology, massages, osteopathic techniques), supplements and Voltaren for joints (when needed). I think you may benefit from my doctor's blog. He's very unconventional in his treatments (acupressure with tens, osteopathic treatments etc.) http://painmuse.org
