About Me

I am 36 years old and have a 12 month old baby> I am still suffering from severe post pardum depression. I have sought counselors, medicine, psychiatrists and have even been hospitalized the first 3 months after I had my daughter. I have always suffered from depression but never knew I would get post pardum depression. It is real and it is horrivle. It consumes your entire life and keeps you from enjoying and bonding with your child. I cry all the time and she is 12 months old now. I see counselors and take medication but nothing seems to be helping me GET OVER THIS. It has taken a year to see some progress. I am definitely still suffering from it and can't seem to get over the severe depression, panxiety attacks, feelings of guilt and overwelming anxiety. I came to this website for help.
