Hello,
I understand where you are coming from. It took me a long time till I could go out a hold down a job. I would also go for the first day, only not to return. I wanted nothing to do with the outside world. So many fears!
I had to get to a place where I knew I wanted to change. I had to change, in order to survive. I wanted to take care of myself, and be proud of each step I took to get there. It was not easy!!!!! I still stuggle with going to my job, but I force myself. As a matter of fact , it really helps to keep my mind busy, and not to think so much about my problems. I am glad I took that step. I hope you can find it within yourself to step out, and cross that bridge. Even if you can not do that yet, make that a goal for the future. Goals are good!
Take care! Gkad you are part of our group here.
