I'm Katie. Fourteen years old. People say I'm mature for my age and look much older than I am :) I'm tall, skinny, brown hair, brown eyes. I'm in grade nine. I live with my family, 4 siblings. We are all physically active. Each one of us play hockey. Rep hockey. I play Bantam girls hockey at the highest level, AA. I'm proud of that too. I find it extremely hard to make good, trustworthy friends because I don't trust a lot of people in my life.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI've gone through depression myself. I attempted suicide and cut myself too.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- It didn't work at all. I'm too indecisive.
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- I let out my thoughts and feelings on paper. But, i guess i was too scared to write all of it in case someone got a hold of my journal.
