High Five
You are so brave to speak out about this awful illness. I thank God that I am still well enough to look after my husband who has Alzheimers.The Grace of God in my own health is very important and I intend to be there for him until such time as I can no longer do it physically, or mentally. As a carer, we can only 'See through the glass darkly'. We try to understand from a sufferer's point of view, but it is something, like all experiences in life, you can't know if you've never 'been there'.
