  WOW... sorry this is a little late but I just read your blogs. I am sooo sorry to hear about your trip to the hospital and about your brother. That is just so sad. But God has a reason for everything. And I know we don't understand how he works but He does have reasons... Hope your Lupus stays in check!!!

  I'm sorry to read about your brother that is a heavy hit. Stay Strong but allow yourself to grieve ...the relese might make you feeling better and holding it in might flare an attack...becasue of stress. HUGS-LEXX

  Hey, Ive been having Lupus for 8 yrs. Im currently in Nursing school and that requires alot of studying and concentration. The lupus caused my concentration, memory and focus to be very limited. I told my docs but they never gave me anything for it. I finally got a hold of ritalin and tried that. It sucked. It just made me too jittery. Then i tried concerta (that worked so good for me bc it kept me studying and focus for 12 hrs straight. Then i tried adderall. (It was good also but it only lasted for about 5hrs.) I only tried these a couple of times. I dont anymore. Hope this helps
