Has anyone tried antidepressant medication to cope with this pain? It was suggested to me but I am not sure what pill could help this …

Close Empty Nests
My youngest daughter moved out this week. I have 5 children and she was the last one at home. I am a single mom and have been for many years. I also have one son whom I have been estranged from for eight years. I feel lost and would like to talk to others who know this feeling.
Treatments
- Patience Somewhat Helpful
- Sometimes I feel that I have to just wait until the pain subsides and I can accept that my life will be forever changed.
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
- I try to exercise but sometimes I feel too depressed to even do that. I guess I haven't given it enough effort yet.
