My Weigh In Today. Mood
Friday, November 6, 2009

Well, for not going to the gym in a week and only gaining 1.5 pounds, I'm not so mad.

I now weight 196.

I'm going to be a little more strict with myself and start weighing myself every morning for awhile to hold myself accountable a little more with what I eat.

I would really like to lose a significant amount of weight before the holidays. I don't think that's too much to ask of myself.

Julia.

You can do it...stay accountable to yourself...journal everything you eat and know exactly what you are putting in your mouth...best of luck

Thanks I really appreciate it! You really inspire me :) I love your positive messages! I saved them so I could read them again when I feel down about myself. :)

Hey lady, just keep reminding yourself that everything in life worth having...takes alot of work. Drink that water!!! Remember that going to bed with a little hunger is okay. That means that your stomach will not have food rotting in it all night. (seriously). Make sure that you are in the burning calorie zone during your cardio. You know...heart rate! Sooooooo important! You can do this. push yourself. Get it in your head that this is like an onion. Start taking those layers off. Sometimes crying is just necessary to get to the next layer!
