I'm here to learn and share information related to Fibromyalgia.
Treatments
- Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
- Short term relief, but tends to take a long time to become fully awake the next day.
- Elavil Not Working
- Took it 20 years ago and it didn't help at all.
- Guaifenesin Working / Worked
- Somewhat helpful. Can take it when I have trouble getting to sleep because of body aches.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- provides temporary relief
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- Helps my energy level, especially on days when I have a lot of pain or slept less then usual.
