I am up at 4 am because I got a phone call saying that both of my boys were arrested. I'm so tired of all of the crap they do, stupid things and then they get in trouble. I don't bail them out, I know they have to deal with it themselves, but it's so hard as a mom to have to go through it. Right now I have one at home but my other one is in the jail with charges pending. Everybody who was there say that Ben was physically assaulted by the police. His brother is going to bond him out in the morning. He just called here crying saying they beat him up more in the car. I have to take him to the ER in the morning, to have him checked out. I'm just sitting here crying and typing this because I don't know what to do with myself. It's like every thing I know goes right out the window sometimes. This is one of those times.

Been there, done that. this will help you. Make the kids study it.

Chris Rock - How not to get your ass kicked by the police!
Its quite simple. Stay out of trouble & you won't get your ass kicked.

we bailed my kid out after a pi charge turned into a resisting charge. the cops will try to bash your face into a wall, if you resist having your face broke, well thats an additional charge. wrong or right, we let him sit there for 5 days. calling a cop a faggot is really not necessary, and disrespectful. yea your inclined to back them up but if the kid is wrong he needs to admit his shortcomings. anything less would be blame- shifting.

Thanks you guys. I'm gonna have him watch the video. It's funny, but it's true. My other son Sam is going to bond him out this morning. I guess in a way that means I'm not doing it, cap i've never bailed them out before, you're so right on that one. There was one time a couple of years ago that they were both in jail and went in front of the judge. Both of them in orange and shackles. I went, for the first time ever to the court and I'll never go again for my sake, not their's. It was just to much. I am going to take him to the ER when he gets out, to cover anything that might have happened to him physically. The police say he wasn't tazed or maced, that he was rude and mouthy, which doesn't surprise me, knowing my son. He's a good kid, but doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. One of his shortcomings. I can say that he isn't like that with me cuz he knows I won't put up with it. I'll keep you guys in the loop.
