Type: Loss of a Childzachary died on 5/12/08. he accidently shot himself when he was handling his new pistol. he was 22 years old.

- Crying Not Working
- Getting Angry Not Working
- Grief Counseling Working / Worked
- through Griefshare. It was very helpful to be with others who actually know and understand the depth of my emotions.
- Pets Working / Worked
- i have zachary's dog. she is a wonderful comfort for me.
- Prayer Somewhat Helpful
- because I am new to the area, the people whom I attend church with do not know my situation.
- Psychotherapy Not Working
- at the 3rd appt, my therapist had misplaced my file and could not remember my situation. NOT a good feeling. stopped therapy.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- my family and friends all live, at least 700 miles away. we communicate through email and phone.
