went to bed at around 11 or so last night ...was really tiredddd but guess what ????? But by 2:38am I was STILL looking at the clock grrrrrrr lol

however I got my butt out of bed and went to yoga anyway wtggggggg me I ROCK lol

Very good....... is there a way to do Yoga 'lite' though, so you don't get your metabolism so whipped up it can't shut off?

Oh, I suggest that because last week I had a big physical day after not having had any in awhile. The first few times I have 'physical days', I cannot sleep that night. But I can't do anything else either, 'wired tired'.
