I started w/ fibro in 1991 after a car accident since then I devoted alot of time to figuring this syndrome out. I finally had to give up my business a few years back due to pain I dug my heels in, focused on healing myself. I was finally able to conquer fibro and I am back working and focusing my new found energy on helping others again. The wonderful thing about energy medicine is I can work over the phone so If your sick and tired of being sick and tired I may be able to help.

- This is what healed me.When Dr's said its in my head they meant mental and were wrong. It was in my emotions and females are more emotional. I have helped alot of woman and men conquer fibro with acupressure, even over the phone with them working the pressure points to nutralise toxins and issues
- Acupuncture Somewhat Helpful
- Aqua Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Bromine is bad for fibro so avoid it
- Guaifenesin Somewhat Helpful
- the Kidneys are involved but I addressed it differently

- thermacares work for clients with long walking/standing days

- relieves spasms
