Close ADHD / ADD
I've had ADHD all my life and was diagnosed as an adult with AD/HD (the combined type, i.e., I have both ADD & ADHD). Grew up w/religious parents, no medication or any assistance but learned how to deal with ADHD for years and was successful even without medication or support. Just got on Adderall, 30mg this week. During 2nd yr of law school, took extra time on exams but refused it in high school , college, and college exams like SAT or LSAT. Used to be ashamed of ADHD, now I embrace it.

- Adderall Too Soon to Tell
- Just got on...was depressed the 1st day and 2nd day energized...trying for 30 days before I decided to stay on or not.
