after having an aborted operation due to the discovery of a scarred liver, I am trying to find websites that will help me cope with this disease. My cooking now , and I used to be considered a fair cook, sucks. I made my wonderful beef stew the other day and without salt, and better than boullion beef soup base, the stew had zero taste. Holy moly , now what,how do I cook. I tried adding some garlic powder and some balsamic vinegar, but not a thing. yuck. My family is thinking , wow are you kidding , they are probably thinking they will have to eat out to get a decent tasting meal fromnow on. ouch.
Life looks pretty crappy on the food front right now :O(
