Okay today is October 28, 2009
Im just coming here to right down some things about my weight lost journey. This is somethimg that i have beed working on and dealing with all my life really. For dealing with MG and Thyroid Disease I have had a little trouble losing wieght for I was always tired and never had the energy. Then being on steriod didn't help either, but now that I am off of them I have lost some weight and I feel a lot better now. Granted I can't fit any of my jeans anymore but hey thats all the more reason for me to go out shopping this weekend...(wink)
I was weighing a nice size of 245lbs and I was completely miserable especially when I would get sick or when getting in bed I had the hardest time moving around the find that spot to fall asleep in. I hated shopping for I didn't like trying on clothes at all in public.. and I still dont like trying on clothes but its getting better ...
I have lost an amount of 39lbs that I know of. I haven't checked my weight in a while. I dont use my scale at home I wait til I go to the doctor to get weighed in I trust their scales better (lol)...Well this is my lil vent of weight lost and I plan to lose about 60 more lbs to get to my goal which is 150lbs...I am not setting a specific amount of weight to lose per month I just would like to have lost that amount by the summer of next year around my birthday which is
