Close Breakups & Divorce
I have been in a 7 year relationship that ended a 6 weeks ago. I'm am trying to be optimistic and try to look at life from a different perspective but it's very difficult when your in emotional pain.
Treatments
- Forgiveness Too Soon to Tell
- It hard to forgive yourself.
- Leave Somewhat Helpful
- Currently I stay at a friends house a few days of the week just to clear my head.
- Music Somewhat Helpful
- Helps distract negative thoughts.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Staying over my friends house and just talk about everything that has happened and what I hoped would happen.
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- Helped me realized many flaws that I developed and many aspects I need to improve upon for myself.
- Time Too Soon to Tell
- Time heals all but how long will it take.
