disk replacement and fusion in low back. L5-S1 (i think)

Heat Working / Worked

works but dosent take the pain away. wish i could just strap it on my back and hips and walk around all day.

Oxycodone Somewhat Helpful

not used to taking strong pain relievers and have had alot of bad reactions to them. even reactions due to pain relievers taken with my anxiety/depression meds.

Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful

was definately able to move around a bit better. and ultrasound was wonderful. but still had alot of pain. had to have heat packs before and after therapy.
