Does anyone else out there go through bipolar phases that make no sense? I haven't been to my psychiatrist since moving to Boston, but I've felt really loopy lately. I thought that my meds were working well, but now I am not so sure.
There's no rhyme or reason! I get incredibly angry while driving, cry uncontrollably, think about how no one would miss me if I was gone... and then I feel semi-normal again (all within 10 minutes.)
I really miss the social support that I used to have in Charlotte. Without it, I feel very lonely and unstable :-(
Sigh.
