Close Alcoholism
I have been sober for 2 years but relapsed in August. I am trying to keep busy and helping my friend who is in a residential treatment center.
Treatments
- 12 Step Program Somewhat Helpful
- I never finished it, after a while it felt a little hopeless.
- AA Meetings Somewhat Helpful
- It was nice talking to people about my issues but because of my age people didn't take me too seriously.
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- It took a few tries but I am capable to stay sober for a good amount of time, I am just scared i'm one tragic incident away from a relapse.
- Willpower Somewhat Helpful
- Probably the most difficult to do without motivation.
