Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a SiblingI lost my brother June 26, 2009. No one talks about it. I want to know what happened to the close knit family I once belonged to.

- Only once in a while I'll have a few tears, otherwise my heart fells like it's torn away.
Close Anemia
Been anemic as long as I remember. Blood work usually shows iron level fine and low sodium but I have high blood pressure. Don't understand at all.
Treatments
- Iron Working / Worked
- I take two multi-vitamins and a seperate iron pill. One vitamin is I-Caps the other is Women's vitamins with Iron. Tried Centra Silver for age related - I slept through the bottle until I went back to the women's vit. What I take now works.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I codirect senior ristant band ex. and zumba gold at the sr. center. I also line dance. If I dont do the physical ex. I cant move.
