      My son Coltan was diagnosed with Tyrosinemia type 1 when he was 3 weeks old.

      To lose about 20 lbs, and get back into the condition my body was in before my recent pregnancy.

      Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
      During my pregnancy I ate anything I wanted, and as much as I wanted. I'm now limiting my diet to specific foods, and portion sizes that are appropriate for my age, gender and weight goals.
