About Me
Spouse of a Bipolar 1, and it is getting worse, need to meet others to learn coping skills or determine if this is worth it. What is the outcome; if this illness can be managed and learn to take care of myself and my children. What are some good coping skills? How do you manage this illness and restore trust?. How do does a person help the one afflicted get to stability? Is there stabily or just preparation for the next episode. It has been a long tough road so far, many episode, (mania) and destroyed relationship. The lasting effects are many and trust has been ruined. On the border of staying or leaving, just don't know what to do.

Thanks for the support but although part of me loves, but know a different kind of love to husband and wife, her, and Will always worry about how she is, part of me wants it over.I've known her 26, been married 23 years, and always thought it would be for life but cant see happiness for either of us.

wish there was a simple answer but here goes. Go on your trip as you have to live normal life as normal as you can ,and if the out come is not good , at least it can be a learning experience about how to handle things in the future!
