I've been to Singapore once beautiful country there I was in KL and we drove to Singapore for a program my son was in and then back and got caught in one of those scary rain storms. I can't make promises but I think it might help. I had 5 surgeries for my endometriosis lost part of my left ovary but apparently thanks to a looong nite of passion we conceived and I never had endometriosis again they say once you have one it just ususally goes away. Once you take RAI your commited also to a life of daily meds. But that's better than worrying about you levels once you get level you stay that way till menopause and gets lowered. Don't give up I have a niece in-in-law who got pregnant soon after RAI and had two healthy twins I also got pregnant right after RAI and they had me get an abortion cause of the amount of radiation they gave me were worried about the fetus. So anything can happen and usually does my prayers are with you. Hugs Mary

Close Graves' Disease
I've been diagnoised with Graves disease in 2006 . for the past 3 yrs i was on carbimazole and year back i was put on PTU becoz i was TTC.I got pregnant on July 2009.My Doc put me on 12.5mg of PTU per day .My TSH was 0.092.unfortunatley i miscarried the baby at 10weeks.i'm currently on 25mg PTU per day. My Trab is 21.0 (0.0-1.5 IU/L) Thyriod Peroxidase Ab(quantitative) is 527.4(0.0-60.0 U/ML)
Treatments
- Carbimazole Working / Worked
- Was on Carbimazole for 2&1/2 yrs. it worked and my thyriod function test came normal.Later i was put on PTU since i was ttc.
- PTU Working / Worked
- I'm currently on 25mg of PTU per day
