here is a big hug. panic sucks, i had it for 20 years, then it just went away, only to now have agorphobia. and anxiety. i know what you are going through. i rather have agorphobia, then panic disorder, it is hell. if you ever want to talk, i'm always here. welcome to daily strength. you will find alot of friends and help. we are like one big family.
I started having frequent panic attacks about a year ago when I was working at a job that made me very unhappy. I have also been struggling with the complicated relationship between me and my daughter's live-in father. I would imagine that stress goes back as far as I can remember, however I had never experienced panic attacks before this. They are quite severe and I have been to the hospital numerous times because of them. I always leave feeling a little more silly,
My anxiety has led to agoraphobia. I do not like to leave my house for anything anymore. The quickest trip is a huge challenge for me.
