Hello, I'm glad you found DS. I have had three tragic ends in the last three years. One an uncle, one a friend even in hard times, and most recently my foster mother. I hope you find strength and peace. God loves us all and we are forgiven- no matter what.
Prayer
May God bless you as you deal with one of life's most horrible of tragedies. I hope I can be of some comfort to you while I am in my own grief over the death of my son nearly 7 mos. ago. Close Families & Friends Affected By Suicide
My dad (stepdad - since age 4) had a severe brain injury and killed himself 3 different ways. Him and my mother were in middle of divorce as well.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- have been going to counseling for over a year and has definitely been helpful just a little difficult with some things still very recent/fresh in happening
- Talking Too Soon to Tell
- trying to find people other than close friends and family that understand what i'm going through so we can help each other
- Writing Too Soon to Tell
- It's sorta helping i think b/c not having many if any people to talk to that understand
- Celexa Too Soon to Tell
- 60mg once a day only been on it for a couple months pretty helpful i think but maybe still a little soon to tell

My fiance is in the Marines and for most of our relationship we have spent apart.
Open Epilepsy & Seizures
Have had seizures since the age of 6...engaged and really would love to drive again, trying to get back under control, and somewhat getting worse types of seizures
Treatments
- Depakote Not Working
- didn't work at all, gained weight, tired all the time. wont take it ever again
- Keppra Working / Worked
- worked then didn't work, back on it and so far so good
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- worked for a while and no longer works
- Tegretol Working / Worked
- worked for a little while and no longer works
- Trileptal Somewhat Helpful
- kind of working, my liver almost failed so had to reduce
- Zonegran Working / Worked
- was able to get off b/c it worked and no longer needed
