Friday started out as a good day by the afternoon my back started to go into spasms...it is now 6pm and the back ....if I do not move to much is ok …

I have had multiple surgeries on my back, I am sick and tired of taking pills and people not understanding. I just want a normal life again
Treatments
- Acupressure Working / Worked
- it did not work
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- I hate needles so it caused me to have anxiety
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- it made it worse
- Cortisone (Injection) Working / Worked
- ti helps for awhile but when it weres off
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- it helps
- Morphine Working / Worked
- it helps however just one more pill
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- it helped but insurance wil cover only so many visits
- TENS Working / Worked
- when my back is really bad it helps but you can't wear it 24-7
