Close Uterine Cancer

Have been battling cancer for nearly a year and I just want someone to talk to who is going through the same thing.

Treatments

Radiotherapy Working / Worked

I am going through my second round of radiation. The first round was more or less precautionary, then in September we found more cancer in the lymph nodes above my diaphragm and the lymph nodes around my left clavicle. The radiations seems to shrinking the nodes near my clavicle so that's a good sign. The side effects are extreme fatigue, and other side effects will vary depending on where you are receiving the radiation.

Chemotherapy Working / Worked

I had 6 rounds of very strong chemo. It was no walk in the park but it worked. When I had my surgery in June the doctor told me that there was a lot of necrosis which proving that the chemo had killed the cancer.
