      Hiya GinaGD. I read your posting and wanted to send a hug. I have found myself in this position and it is really very frustrating. In Wales, UK, we have an organisation called Parent Partnership who offer fantastic support when this sort of situation arises. Not sure where in the world you are based but it might be useful to see if you have something like this locally.
