I'am 28 years old and having been having heart trouble.My Dr. checked my T3 and TSH and said they were low which I have gained 12 pounds for no reason and my chlos. is high all signs point to me being diag. I have three kids and a wonderful husband. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to loose this weight before it gets out of hand I went form 136 to one 150 I need Help......
